This policy explains what AdoreWedding collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.
Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter. It’s stored with our email provider and used to send the weekly edit. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
Messages you send — if you use the contact form, we receive the name, email and message you submit so we can reply.
Outbound link data — when you click a product link, it passes through a tracked redirect on this domain. We record the link clicked, a timestamp, your IP address, approximate location derived from it, and basic browser/device information. We use this for click attribution, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting — not to build a personal profile.
Server logs & analytics — our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP, user-agent, referrer) to deliver and secure the site. We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Google sets cookies and processes a truncated IP and usage events on our behalf; we don’t use it to identify you personally.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Raw click and request logs are retained for up to 180 days, after which they are deleted or aggregated; we may keep non-identifying summaries (counts, timestamps, link and article IDs) longer for reporting.
We use strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery, plus Google Analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
We share data only with service providers that help us operate: our hosting/CDN (Cloudflare), our email provider, the form processor that handles contact submissions, and Google (Analytics). We don’t sell your personal information.
Some outbound links are affiliate or sponsored. Clicking them may set a cookie on the destination retailer’s site, governed by that retailer’s privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us via the contact page.
